Help us to be there to support mental wellbeing
One in four people will suffer with a mental health issue in their lifetime, and this will impact on every aspect of their lives, including their work.
Mental health issues can affect staff productivity, the quality of their work and staff turnover, costing employers between £33 billion and £42 billion per year.
By having a better understanding and awareness of mental health issues, employers can offer a more supportive environment and reduce the impact mental health issues have on their business.
Our training offers:
Short presentation (up to 1 hour): £200
This provides an overview of the most common mental health issues, how they impact on staff and the company, how to encourage staff to seek support and how to create a better, more positive working environment.
Half Day Training Session (up to 3 hours): £400
This provides an in-depth overview of the most common mental health issues; the impact of this on staff and the company; how supporting staff can improve productivity, quality of work and staff morale; how to open up conversations about mental health without judgement; improving staff resilience; and creating a mental health plan or policy.
