Help us to be there to support mental wellbeing
Time to Change Kingston Coordinator
Join our Team and support people with lived experience of mental health issues to challenge stigma and discrimination, and help people open up about their experiences of mental health.
We have a part-time vacancy for an enthusiastic and passionate person to coordinate the Time to Change Kingston Hub and support our dedicated Champions Network.

We have a new, exciting strategy for our fundraising. We want to increase our income from donations and funding, and get our name out there more so Mind in Kingston is a recognised local charity.
Do you have any experience of fundraising? Are you good at 'rallying the troops' and getting people on board? Are you good at organising events?
Then this is the role for you! We are looking for people who can help us realise our fundraising strategy, help promote our charity to potential funders and support us with events. This is an unpaid volunteering role; reasonable expenses will be paid.
For a full role description and details, please click here to download.
We ask everyone to fill in a volunteering application form, which gives you the opportunity to tell us about your skills, experience, knowledge and interests. You can download the form by clicking here.
Trustee with Clinical Experience
The Board of Trustees currently has one vacancy for someone with clinical experience of mental health in social care or the NHS such as a mental health social worker or a psychiatrist.
Trustees have overall responsibility for the charity, its governance and the strategic direction of Mind in Kingston.
While training and support will be provided, experience of management, finance, HR and working in a charity setting will be helpful.
We are particularly interested in recruiting trustees with lived experience of mental health.

Get Set to Go - Peer Volunteers
We are currently recruiting activity and peer volunteers for our Get Set to Go project!
We believe that mental health issues shouldn't be a barrier to physical activity for anyone. Get Set to Go is a physical activity programme that supports people with mental health issues to improve their mental health and wellbeing. Delivered in partnership with our local English Football League (EFL) team AfC Wimbledon, we offer taster sessions in different sports and structured physical activities of up to 12 weeks.
We are looking to connect with local people keen to use their own skill or experience of physical activity to support our project, and who have experience of mental health issues. Join us as a peer volunteer and use your own experiences to motivate, support and benefit others in your local community.
For further details please contact Rachel at the details below.
