Salary: £29,000 to £32,000 pa (depending on experience)

35 hours per week

Mind in Kingston 's aim is to promote the understanding of mental health issues and to provide a range of services in the Royal Borough to people with support needs due to their mental health.

We are seeking a dynamic candidate who has a proven track record of successful leadership and experience in strategic direction, policy development and operational performance. They will have experience of working in partnerships, supported housing, social enterprise schemes and will know how to inspire and motivate teams.

Becoming a Trustee

We are currently seeking more Trustees.

The Board of Trustees of Mind in Kingston meet once every six weeks and are responsible for all aspects of the organisations policies and procedures, and determining the future direction of the organisation and its projects. Trustees come from all kinds of backgrounds, including service users, local people who wish to contribute something to the local community as well as those with a more direct professional relationship within the field of mental health. As well as being a registered charity, Mind in Kingston is a company limited by guarantee, thus limiting the liability of all Trustees.
