Help us to be there to support mental wellbeing
Join us for a new course that lowers stress levels and boosts the immune system by doing yogic breathing and laughter exercises.
Starting on the 27th of February, the courses will run from 7-8pm at the Bridge Cafe in Kingston (see below for address).
Cost: £5 per session.

Wellbeing Wednesdays are run by Mind in Kingston with the intention of providing support to people in employment, although this is not essential for attending any of the groups. You will also be eligible to become part of the wider wellbeing community and attend various free events such as a summer party and drop in sessions to meet fellow students and facilitators.
