Our beneficiaries are key to making sure that local mental health services are developed and designed around them.

The Outreach & Engagement Service offers different ways for people to share their views whether it is about our own services, council services or hospital services.

Our new Empowering Minds Forum connects with people that have an interest in our charity and that are keen to help developing our services. We also want to know about your experiences of using other local mental health services and support you to share your views with commissioners and service providers.

Your experiences are really valuable to us, and if you’d like to tell us about them, please contact us (see below for details). This can be done anonymously. You can also volunteer and support others to give their views and be involved.

In addition to this, our Outreach & Engagement Officer Persephone Pickering goes out into the community to work with local community groups, promote Mind in Kingston’s services and take part in local initiatives.

Our free quarterly newsletter focuses on these activities, as well as our other work and other news and activities taking place in the borough.

Interested in joining us? Please email Persephone Pickering at [email protected] or call on 020 8255 3939 for more details.
