Who’s it for
Adults 18+ Experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties (e.g. anxiety, depression, stress) who want to:
- Boost confidence and resilience
- Reduce feelings of isolation
- Connect with others in a safe, respectful space
What to expect
We are a Friendly, supportive group of up to 8 people. Simple tools to manage stress and emotions. New ideas for self-care and energy balance Creative, practical activities each week. A personal wellbeing plan to take forward
Led by:
Trained facilitators providing light professional guidance while encouraging peer support and shared learning.

When do the session take place and how do I sign up?
We’re pleased to announce that a new programme will be starting shortly. This initiative is designed to offer a supportive, engaging space for individuals to explore their wellbeing and connect with others, guided by our experienced team.
